The fee for each unit is payable within four weeks from the date of the invoice. Continued failure to pay by the due date may result in the removal of credit terms. |
It is recommended that overseas students have access to email services to facilitate communication and the forwarding of assignments. |
If students withdraw from a Unit within the first five weeks of the semester they should return the study materials and will then be entitled to a refund of the balance of their unit fees, less a fee of $100. A "Withdrawal Request" form needs to be completed.
After five weeks no refund will be given and students may keep the study materials. |
Upon commencement of a unit, students may wish to defer. A "Request for Deferment" form needs to be completed accordingly.
Please note that the unit must still be paid for as the study materials have already been received. A $100 administration fee then becomes payable when the student re-enrols within 12 months. |
Concessions may be applied for on course units and are granted on a case by case basis.
The College's policy is to give priority to developing countries and various "faith/mission" schools when allocating concessions.
Concessions are limited by budgetary constraints.

An extension of up to two weeks after the due date of an assignment can be applied for. A "Request for Extension" form needs to be completed. Extensions for longer than 14 days will not normally be granted unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances. All extensions must be applied for in writing on the appropriate form BEFORE the due date of the assignment. |
